자주 묻는 질문

알람이 울리지 않아요

설정 → 위치 접근 권한이 "항상 허용"으로 돼 있는지 확인해 주세요. "앱 사용 중에만 허용"이면 앱이 꺼져 있을 때 도착을 감지하지 못합니다.
알림 권한이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요 — 꺼져 있으면 알람이 울리지 않습니다.
iOS 26 이상에서는 시스템 알람(AlarmKit) 권한도 함께 확인해 주세요.

AI 제안이 안 나와요

설치 후 3일간 이동 패턴을 기기 안에서 학습한 뒤에 제안이 생성됩니다. 그 전까지는 정상적으로 "학습 중" 상태로 표시됩니다.

위치 정보는 어떻게 쓰이나요?

위치는 알림 시각 전후로만 확인하며, 상시 추적하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

Frequently Asked Questions

My alarm isn't ringing

Check that Location access is set to "Always" in Settings — "While Using the App" won't detect arrivals while the app is in the background.
Check that Notifications are enabled — alarms won't ring without this.
On iOS 26+, also check the system Alarm (AlarmKit) permission.

I'm not getting AI suggestions

For the first 3 days after install, the app learns your movement patterns entirely on-device before it can suggest alarms. Until then, you'll see a normal "Learning" state.

How is my location data used?

Location is only checked around alarm times — the app does not track location continuously. See the Privacy Policy below for details.
